Everyone has talents. I find it lame when you say everything you ever do well is an autistic superpower. My thing's guitar. I know I'm pro but it's nothing superhuman.

I can find things that are lost, (mostly logic, like where did you have it last...)
Kind of predict things... (had a dream, told a friend, prevented something...)
Last for a long time before i crash, and even then I still probably could last longer.
Good at some things, but horrible at others, although I don't think that's a superpower...
I wouldn't call this a super power, but I like to do monotonous things like put stamps on cards and other repetitive things that others highly dislike doing.

i think you just analyse the paterns of nt thaught and doing and came to the logical conclusion that jaws was the most scary moment in movie history acording to them. the wafels was most likely a fluke combined with the fact that most people like wafels. most of the time i can predict the end of a show cause i figured out how script writers work by watching a lot of tv. and tell people they look like they like waffels they might take it as if you're caling them fat.

I know it's none of my buisness but I hope that you won't always feel this way.

I agree. I've come to absolutely love my Asperger's (until I have to talk to my boyfriend about it). I would hate being normal and love that I'm not. It's just a part of me these days. I can't help but wonder what you hate so much about it. We have several advantages over what I call affectionately mortals. Social interaction is overrated. Plus, we basically rule the world. With (this list includes speculations) Albert Einstein, George Washington, and Bill Gates, we're all over. I think with increased focus and higher IQ on average, it's good to be an Aspie. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world :).

I seem to be fairly good at guessing things, I wouldn't say that I'm psychic, though.

Maybe you should make a comic book anyway =)

I predict things. Sometimes when someone is about to say a number it pops into my head then they say the one I thought of. I also sometimes seem to sense things that are about to happen, such as wondering what would happen if a car came so fast round the tight corner we were approaching in the car, which then happened just after my thought. I have also rarely dreamed things that have happened, though that gift is rather strong with my dad who has had some scarily accurate prediction dreams.
I also have ana amazing memory for detail for events happening years ago. Just today I described to my dad when he first told me about the program Top Cat when I was 7, over 10 years ago, and what happened when we found and bought a video of it several months later. A very unsignificant event really that I remember as if I am living it again.

I, from time to time, have preocognitive dreams where I'll overhear something being said, or be in a situation or see something(an object, a place, etc.) and within a week later whatever I dreamed or wherever I dreamed I am will happen or I will be there or passing it by on my way somewhere.

I'm not sure if autism is a superpower but I'm very sure that it is a GIFT...

I have a massive memory bank of useless trivia and other factoids. People at my school liked to say that I "knew everything". It got to the point where I had to be my own team when we played trivia in class.

Also, this is totally unrelated, but I always know which episode of The Simpsons will be on. :D

AS isn't a curse. Though sometimes many of us may think it like that, it really isn't. It's mainly a personality trait, so if you have it, live with it. Or you could cut your breain out if you really feel that way. but, for everyone and your own sake, don't.

I have ridiculously sensitive hearing. My husband said to me recently (re. the hearing): "You're like a superhero. And not in a good way".

I know, people have been calling me the human dictionary since the 6th grade, just because I have a larger vocabulary of the normal words such as: like, ummmm, that sucks, it's cool et al.

People have also called me the stupidest smart person they know stupid tdue to social ineptitude but book smart.

I have had things like this happen to me as well. Sometimes they were spaced apart though and not weekly, but at times there are things I can see happening and then sometime later it does happen.

I think it's both a great gift and a great curse.
We have certain things that NT's don't have,
With me the case is I am full of energy and can make my own wish come true with it, have very good concentration, have talent for languages just like little children have, absolute pitch, great sensations for vibrations an hear very well.
But I wouldn't call myself a genius, no way.
Certain people with ASD are savants, but not all of us are. They are rare.
So I wouldn't call ASD a superpower.
I'd call it a difference.
