yeah I've been seeing a therapist for almost 4 years...and I've been through 3 different psychatrists and a neurologist X)

I've been on so many different medications I can't even keep track anymore...
But yeah I'm officially diagnosed with aspergers, and unofficially with depression, hypomanic cycling, OCD, and bipolar (all according to my therapist).

As you can guess...I'm not an easy person to get close to. Sure I'll talk to people one on one a bit, and I'm very low matenance, but I have soooooo many quicks, pet peeves, etc that I just don't bond well.

anxiety...I swear that should be my middle name. I have panic attacks, nervous ticks, and all sorts of nervous problems. I have short and fast acting xanax. It works good but the downfall is I fall asleep once the tension is gone and then I'm tired.

Having big deppressive problems, that bloomed up around 13 years age. I'm 18 now and still have problems. I guess they will never go away. just hope they wont bloom up again as I tend to be quite self destructive when they do.

I'm severely depressed, and I take fluoxetine for it. That's probably going to change come monday, as fluoxetine doesn't help.

i have anxiety and maybe a bit deprssed, before i got diagnosed as aspie, they thought i was epileptic as ligths bother me, so within 10 min of seeing a neurologist he had prescribed epilim it made me not hungry made me a bit more stable emotionally, but not enough for the other effects of fainting and bruising and nosebleeds and nausea(my greatest fear is throwing up), then they kept increasing it to 3 times what i needed for my weight, then i had to go to hospital for a week for epilepsy testing and i had to go off it, i freaked out, cause the label said dont go off it suddenly and i (being aspie) took it very literally, an then came to realise i was addicted it felt awful, so i just stayed off it havent even taken panadol since

now its rescue remedy, st johns wort, passionflower, lavender and chamomile tea for me(as well as the gfcf diet which made such a difference

Besides taking the medications..
do meditation and yoga which helps you a lot in relaxing your mind.

I fall in and out of a depressive malaise periodically but I just use music/gaming to numb it. I find writing helps too, just anything to keep my mind off it.
