I think I got most of them.

That sounds alot like me... Apart from dogs, bicycles, getting in trouble and small spaces.

my biggest fear that I've had for ages:

Balloons. I can't stand being in a room with them, can't even go near it and i'm really scared of the sound of it. On my leaving day of school they had balloons everywhere and I was literally sweating...

For as long as I can remember, I have had an inexplicable phobia of caterpillars. There is no rhyme or reason to it. I know they are harmless, but they just look so darn creepy. Especially when they wriggle in midair. The mere thought of them terrifies me. I refuse to go outside during the late spring and early summer, when various caterpillars descend from the trees upon silken threads... 8O

Aside from that, I'm afraid of bright and/or flashing lights, driving, jumping into pools, touching my eyes, looking down staircases, microwave ovens (or, more specifically, the radiation they emit), elevators, vaccines, rejection, mysterious machines, the aforementioned poisonous chemicals, and overly-social people who try to talk to me when I just want to be left alone. I think that just about covers most of them.

When I was younger, I used to be terrified of self-flushing toilets and bathroom hand-dryers. Still don't like either of them, actually. Too loud for my ears.

Hair dryers, black holes, and slight Agoraphobia. I can't stand being out in the open, and I can't sleep without a sheet on top of me. The room's too big if I'm not covered.
Black holes at least can be explained. That's what comes from somebody telling you that one day a year a black hole comes down from the sky and sucks people in. I was in kindergarten, and never knew when that bully was teasing me. To this day, they freak me out.

Finger injuries. That may be more of a paranoia

I'm not really one to be fearful, but as far as phobias go, I'm definitely afraid of heights and escalators...and the possibility that there is a hell in the afterlife...and I'll go to it....

I'm terrified of spiders, and I don't like escalators that go down (given an option, I choose to take the stairs, or the elevator.)

People, having needles inserted into my eyes, death and dry teeth. That sounds really ridiculous but the thought of having like a towel rubbed against my teeth makes me feel sick.

Heights, Fire, Small Spaces (not very much), small spaces because I'm stuck in a crowd (absolutely terrified), germs for a while but my love of food conquered that (food off the floor), new people (it's not like whenever I see someone I don't know I freak out, I'm just really uncomfortable talking to new people).
