I look younger, feel younger and act younger. My mental age is below my physical age of 18, about 14 or 14 I would say, still often find toilet jokes and slapstick funny (embarassing and immature). I am not emotionally ready for some of the stuff others my age are. I have not had a proper boyfriend. Yet, thoguh it looks kinda promising :) I have only recently discovered make up and 'fashion' (my independant kind) before that I was in trackies or jeans and t-shirt (though often I still am) all the time cos they were comfy. Now I love looking for prom dress, but because of an eating disorder I lost alot of weight and I am happier cos I look nicer in clothes now.
Also when I was 10/11 my main friends were 2 years younger. When I changed schools, my friends were the same age cos there was nobody younger!

I feel more mature than most 16 year olds in many ways, like this idiot who thinks he's cool when he annoys everyone by making fart sounds with his ear. They're such ret*ds. Well I can act 5 sometimes but in so many ways I feel more mature.

For some reason, I go the other way, I like having older friends who I can look up to.

There are some much younger people I get on well with though. I don't think it depends on age, people are so variable.

Yes, i feel like i'm very immature.

I laugh at everything. Usually when something funny happens in class when everyone is laughing i usually laugh and then i can't stop laughing.

I try to not think about it but if something that is funny pops into my mind, i start laughing.

It varies. I've caught myself thinking and reasoning like an 8-year-old before. At other times it's as a 15-year-old and at still others like someone in their 20's. It all depends on my mood and who I'm surrounded with, as there are parts of me which are mature and other parts which are not.

Yes and no...I've got on well with people older and younger than myself. Sometimes when I think about or watch people, I think that I'm seeing things that they don't see (at least yet), but my parents tell me I act like a kid/baby every now and then. It probably doens't help that I still like (some) cartoons. I know that most of my classmates and probably some of my friends see me as naiive and inexperienced because I don't smoke or drink (though I did once because my classmates offered and I was in a sad mood...but I think it was pretty obvious to them that I don't habitually drink since I couldn't open my bottle etc. >.<) or do sex or relationships (every time that the opportunity presents itself, I start to think that I can't do it.)
