The shortened version of "Asperger's syndrome" gives us the plain genitive "Asperger's", and is the syndrome named for Hans Asperger. One may also use "Asperger syndrome", if one must, but that has no shorter form.
In the above, some substitute "disorder" for "syndrome", but that makes me feel ill (double entendre intended).
I have never seen where "Aspergers" comes into it. There was only the one Hans Asperger. "Aspergers", being a plural, would suggest that some additional members of his family were involved.
