Almost all my teachers know that I have Asperger's syndrome.
It was my parents who told it. :?

All of my teachers know because at my school we are graded for eye contact when we give presentations. Also even though i don't have an IEP most of my teachers will let me out of class for a while if I go into sensory-overload. And they don't mind if i sit on the floor sometimes. I usually go see the resource room teacher just to talk if i get really stressed. i also got special accommodations for the PLAN test and i will get special accommodations for the ACT and SAT.

All of my teachers know that I've received an informal diagnosis of AS and that I am currently going through the diagnostic process for AS.

For the most part, they don't (at college level) until I tell them in conversation. My high school teachers did know though because I was on an IEP for my Aspergers.

They did. It didn't do a measure of good though seeing as how they were all apparently incapable of dealing with students who didn't fit the status quo -.- .

My teachers don't really care I have Asperger's. I don't want them to treat me like I am really stupid, so I don't tell them.

I told two of my teachers a week ago. At the time I thought it was a good idea, I'm going to see how this plays out. They will more than likely treat me like I'm stupid damn it :(

Well, I actually need "special help" so, yeah, they do. Most think I have HFA rather than PDD-NOS though.

Um, yes. Unfortunately. Because I have an "IEP."
I'm not in any special education classes, though, and I don't need the help. I don't know why I still have an IEP.

When I was in school, the teachers were supposed to have been told, but weren't. One of many failures on that school's part.

No, but they do know that I prefer to work by myself. It doesn't really matter because I'm one of the best students in every class anyway. A few teachers in the past have given me problems, but I just ignored them and taught myself. I'm glad I did, I wouldn't have learned anything in those classes.

My High School ones did but I think my Art Teacher didn't think that one of the things I do is related so I got told to shut up...he was a nice guy though...he only got frustrated rather then angry at rebellious pupils.
