The 'nerd' group. As in, we actually come to school to learn, have gone on about four dates between us (half the group aren't even interested, and it's a girls' school with everyone either straight or closeted, so we don't date each other), we're non-conformist but occasionally admit to liking popular stuff, could be normal if we didn't dislike the popular groups so much, don't backstab each other, and don't hang out much outside school. There are exceptions to most of those.

We talk to the 'special needs girls' (have issues with their schoolwork and aren't good friends with anyone, but talk to our group), the 'geeks' (like us, but more sociable, and more likely to like sci-fi/anime), and the Smart Girls (you know, the ones who get straight As, have a social life, are fit, are the on debating team, get along with nearly everyone, and also have nice personalities).

My grade isn't too cliquey, but certain groups and individuals do hate each other, even if they are confusingly fake-nice about it.

I didnt like most people in my grade... so i was in my own group which on consisted of me watching surf podcasts on my ipod or on youtube if i was at a computer...

I would take my surfboard to school and explain i was catching a bus to the beach after school... so every english lesson and lunch break i would go to the beach which was down a dirt track across the road from the school and surf untill school was over... then be back in time for the bus home... where i would surf some more.............. im suprised they didnt notice how many english lessons i missed....... i had one school book which was A5 size (like those half size ones) with about 80 pages and by the end of my senior year i had only just used half the book.......

According to the criteria thing i shouldnt have passed highschool because i missed so many hours.... but i made sure i signed myself in every morning at roll call... and because nobody noticed my sudden absence it appears as though i did the hours of compulsory class time.....

Tell me about it.

Although, in some ways, I seem to be far too nerdy to fit in with nerds. Even though, in many other ways, I'm actually much less nerdy.

I'm a nerd, but I'm a totally different breed of nerd, if you catch my drift.

To be honest im not in any. When i was at school i was a loner that got bullied. I was seen as the loser and nerd. Now i do homeschool as a result of this so i still dont really have friends. We have camps with the schooling i do and i absoloutly love them and meeting other people that do it too, i dont feel so alone then. I make friends usualy (ive only been to 2 as only doing it for 2 years now) but not really friends you would go out of your way to talk to or catch up with. Plus its harder because we come from all around the state. If you go to events with the shcool and that u would be friends there and hang around there but not really outside of school. I have a really good friend now though (not from school) but i dont think i will ever really be in a friendship group. I am horible in social situations.

I don't really have a group, I just prefer to be on my own.

I'm definetly with the nerds. I avoid social interaction, focus on work, and play computer games when I have free time.

The kids who are considered: "Different" or are bullied/picked on. The aspires, those with learning disabilities or physical disabilities because we're all aloud in a special room! Expect for those who are considered different but not really different... They're NT's! I get on with lots of people and even though I'm an aspire but the teachers don't know! I have a rare joint disorder - though its invisible on the outside! So I'm aloud in there!! ! =) =) =)

I go back and forth between groups. I hang out with the try-hards, the jocks, the popular kids, thr band geeks (now), the druggies, the "friendlies", the emos, the heavy-metal listeners, the nerds, and even the preps. You could say I love socializing haha! I'm even better at it than all my other NT friends combined, and it HAS been proven

I go to a specialist music school, and I'm in the program so I hang out with the muso/nerd group. Everyone in my group is either in the music program or does F1 in schools ( a high school engineering program). I'm really lucky because they're all really nice people.
