Can anyone help me with final fantasy 4

I need some help with final fantasy 4. I'm in the giant of babil with all my characters levels in their 50's and I can't fight anyone or I will lose immediately cause of the beam attack. Can anyone give me tips to survive and train?

Umm. By lose immediately do you mean like 1 attack and all your characters (who are at full health?) drop dead? That sounds like a bug.

Are you referring to the boss? If it is the boss I might be able to help you. Don't kill the attack device before you kill the main device and the healing device. This means you cannot use spells that target the whole enemy party.

Also, being leveled in your 50's is plenty. I generally don't get there until well into Zeramuses' place.

Yeah that's a tough battle. Sadly I can't offer much advice. Just dish out damage as quickly as possible and have Rosa keep everyone healed.
