I am an adolescent with AS, and I need a good part time job idea.

I need a job that:

*Doesn't get too hectic
*Doesn't involve using a cash register
*The people are easy to work with
*A job that is fun to do and very enjoyable
*NO child care please. I do not like kids under the age of 5.

These requirements may be a little too strict, but I bet there is a job that meets at least most of the criteria! :)

Stocking shelves or a shipping and recieving type job wouldn't be too bad. I don't know if these would qualify as fun to do though. :) Also, if you are night owl, get a third shift job.

Thanks for that Idea. I don't really care if it's fun, but if its a job I can do, I'll be happy!

The reason why I want a job is because I want to buy a Nintendo DSi and various other gaming neccessities like a very (VERY) small television because I don't like how my family hogs the two televisions. I would much rather prefer playing wii, N64, or gamecube in my own room, rather than going into my mom's room and using her television.

What about being a shelver at your local library? It's a pretty quiet job and it's all structured. You may have to do a bit of work at the desk (like checking out books or looking them up) but social contact is fairly low. I'm currently applying for a job like this at my library.

it's basically cut down to yard work and stocking shelves, though, you asked for a fun job.

i guess you could work at an amusement park too.
