who has to or had to take that class? I am and it bugs me I can barely get through the here and now let alone the what do I want to do for and living and what Can I do for a living.

I think I'd like very much to take such a class. I could use some more idea of what I want to do when I grow up, especially since my career choices feel very fluid. The only things I've narrowed it down to are 'something in either languages or biology.'

where I live it's required of all High School students. and I can apreciate why it's there but right now for me it's torture.

we kinda do that... we have to take a quiz and stuff to find where we're best suited. lucky for me i've known what i've wanted to do for years, and that's not going to change anytime soon!

We had a Freshman Foundations class that was required...it was pretty much all bs though...hah.

The teacher for this class asks all kinds of odd questions Like last week we had questions about bodylanguage and all sorts of other stuff that me as an aspie doesn't know or pay attention to.

Nope I'm an Albertan country girl through and through. I took it over cyber school so it wasn't so bad and the course is over now but it's just somthing you gotta do I supose

Where I live it's required, but I got it over with in summer school. What a waste of time that was. Here it has nothing to do with careers, just "life skills" (i.e. well-meaning platitudes everyone's heard but nobody cares about).
