is this a hack or is this a secret weapon

In fallout 3, I found on the corpse of a brotherhood paladin a POWERFUL weapon. It says it is called the "bosannodon", uses 308 caliber rounds, is silenced, looks like a hunting rifle with a scope, and can kill a behemoth in 3 shots. Is this supposed to be in the game, or is my game hacked?

Can't say I've come across it, nor can I find a reference to it anywhere

You're the only person who has even said bosannodon in the entire Internet. Odds are that it doesn't exist. Maybe you have mods installed and that was a secret.
