Hi, I am 14 years old and recently joined the site looking for people like me who I can chat to and share my interests. But Im finding it a bit difficult to just join in the conversations on the forum, so I was wondering if anyone would like to contact me for chat and discussion. I would really like to make friends but my confidence has taken a battering over the past year so I'm hoping this site will help me. Thanks for reading!

Hi, thanks for replying quickly. I've not been on the forum long (as you might gather from my post count), but I read the topics on the forum and just don't feel confident enough replying to threads other than ones I created. I'm trying to build confidence after an event earlier this year that shattered my confidence completely, but there has been a big improvement.

i would say you can talk to me but i don't have any chat things but i hope to see your messages here and there. and also i have trouble posting things too. i take at least 20 minutes to write messages because im so critical and they still dont look right to me. anyway i dont think people here really judge anyone or at least not badly so post away.

I feel as if I may be replying a little too late, but I, too, am 14 and have suffered a bit of a confidence problem over the years. However, I do have a slight bit of prejudice against those that rebel against teachers, rebel against authority and/or "do" drugs/alcohol. Therefore, message me if you so wish.
