I'm not keen on either, I prefer heels (not REALLY high heels, just regular height).

Not if they're lower than a few inches. If I was wearing the five-inch ones that seem to be the fashion at the moment, those would hurt. But I find low heels quite comfortable. The highest ones I own are three inches, and they don't hurt, even though they make me walk funny. I used to have a pair that were two inches high, and I actually walked five miles in them once- they were very comfortable.

I prefer sneakers because many of the flats I see don't have much support.

Neither but if I had to choose I'd say sneakers. For footwear I prefer sandals because I hate socks with a passion. I currently own a pair of boots and a pair of sandals. I wear the sandals until it is absolutely too cold to be wearing them any longer and wear them again as soon as it gets even remotely warm out. My only problem is that they are old and worn and hurt my feet quite a lot if I walk for any real distance. But shoe shopping is a nightmare for me because my feet are strange and don't match each other.

Sneakers. I had to wear ballet flats for a play and my feet got hacked up from them (I didn't wear socks).
