I hate to sound like one of those people, but the alcohol may be why your getting depressed. I've got the same problem with alcohol, and I'm just now comming to realize it. I'd try to stay away from it. Smoking rubbed sage(they sell it at the grocery store in the seasonings) helps me deal with stress. I just take one small hit when I'm stressed and I'm fine for the rest of the night, I can usually even get to sleep like a normal person.
Whatever you do, keep coming here and talking. One day you'll feel better and look back at your posts and feel silly.
