Anybody here live in Utah? I would just like to know that I am not completely alone.

There are other members that lives in Utah I believe, can't remember which member though but you're definitely not alone there and welcome to WrongPlanet.net.

Bit late to welcome but I thought I'd say it anyways.

Nope, but I live in the US and I'm a descendant of Brigham Young.

I live in AZ, and I went up to Utah to run the Utah Valley marathon at the beginning of june. Also, I am going to BYU-I this semester, but I hope to transfer over to BYU Utah after I reapply and they should let me in.

Are you, perchance, mormon?

Yes, I am Mormon but I didn't grow up in a polygamous family and I don't wear the old outfits. I myself don't want plural marriage.

I'm mormon too! Haha, wow, yea, I didn't grow up in a polygamous fam either...I actually thought that was the stupidest thing that the church had done until I learned in seminary that nobody actually wanted to do it, Joseph was even reprimanded because he wouldn't a few times. However, Heavenly Father knows all, and he commanded it...at that time. People who think we are still polygamous are just uninformed.

I also don't wear the old outfits. I wouldn't want one either. It's outdated and only for that time.

Haha I think people are misinformed, the guys like whatever his name was that kept everyone in a gated community and chiz gave people the wrong view. REAL Mormons do not do that, they don't even think that right? Nothing said that Mormons have to wear olden day clothes all the time, marry 14 year olds when the men are 60 or some dumb s**t and certainly never said anything about the women wearing such dumb ass getup. lol Mormons like that moved down to wear I am and the women wear that stuff, all it does is annoy me.

lol I wear classy clothes, the kind you wear under a trench coat, which I have, it's awesome. That's just my style.
