This isn't just for Aspergers, it's for several things.

1. Oblivious

You know nothing of AS, at least nothing that connects it to you.

2. Awareness

You or someone starts to see connections between AS and yourself.

3. Confirmation

You get diagnosed.

4. Questioning

You wonder what this label placed on you really is, and try to figure out as much as possible on it.

5. Denial

You think that it can't possibly describe you, and try to distance yourself from it.

6. Acceptance

You realize that you are in fact autistic.

7. Pride

You realize that being autistic is nothing to be ashamed off.

This is just one general layout of steps, the order can vary quote a bit, steps can repeat, some may be skipped or never reached ect. Everyone is different and has different expiriences.
