Random dreams of PREGNANCY?!?

I have no idea, (Im male btw) why but I am having reoccuring dreams of girls I like being pregnant? And they are quite explicit dreams as well, and I don't even want or think about sex or pregnancy. Anyone know any ideas why this keeps on happing to me? xD

Do you like these girls more than as just a friend? I'm not sure how old you are, but perhaps its a puberty thing?

I had a dream recently of being pregnant myself and having the baby extracted by operation while I was awake. I'm an 18 year old guy so that doesn't really correspond with the physical me.

Alot of reactions and response are wired into our DNA, they become innate reflexes over time like how shooting a gun would come naturally to a kid from a family with a military history.

I have weird dreams like this sometimes too and I'm female. I had a dream a few months ago where I had an infant daughter. I also had a dream where my sister got pregnant.

I once had a dream where I was unexpectedly pregnant with twins...
It's quite funny ya know, just as I was about to randomly go into dreamlike labour I woke up to a dog licking my face!
...let me just say I so won't be drinking coffee again before bed!

Why exactly is it you don't want to think about those two things? if you don't mind my asking.

Dreams are just strange... there's probably something in the back of your mind that triggers them. This one person I know online but am not close to at all keeps popping up in mine, and maybe my subconscious is telling me to find more information about him? No idea. He's really secretive about his identity too... goes by his nickname only and has never posted a picture.

One time I had a dream that I randomly got 9 months pregnant in one day, it was really weird.

Pregnancy dreams appear to be quite common I have had a few in my time.
