1. Why they find appeal in drugs, alcohol.

2. Why fitting in is such a big issue.

How everything you do is interpreted as having some sexual meaning, which means they will misread things. I guess everything is either sex or drugs. What else is there, really, when you're a teenager? (sarcasm)

Being an aspie thats experienced some of the above, Ill try and answer some of these:

1) Because teenagers take risks

2) Don't know

3) Hormones

Skepkat's fashion remark: Because they look cool (except the Crocs trend. that was terrible)

sgrannel's sexual innuendo remark: Because most teenagers have their mind on sex, and thats the first thing they link it to

10. How they can fail a class in my area's school system, where they literally can not get a 0 even if they don't hand the work in.

11. Why?

That last one makes no sense. There are just so many little things, which I can't even put my finger on, which taken together make up an NT teenager, and I do not understand any of them.

LOL! I AM a teacher's pet, I've recently realized I'm gay, and someone once said (although this was to my brother, and not to me) that he considers me to be an honourary Asian because I'm too smart and studious to be white. Mind you, that guy was Asian himself, so that makes it a bit different. Actually, I felt a bit flattered.

Same here!

-Why some NTs pretend like they care about stuff they obviously don't give a crap about.
-Why do NT teenaged females have to be so cruel to each other?
-Why do NT teenaged males act so competitive during gym class? Not to say I don't like watching them pretend to be all macho :wink:
-How come when they're geeky it's cute, but when I'm geeky it's weird creepy?
