I had two female friends who were my friends during my freshman year of high school but after they graduated that year they stopped wanting me to be their friends and they both did not want me to contact them.

Never had that happen.

No but I had the opposite happen. Seems like every time I make friends they end up doing something cataclysmically ret*d and I don't ever want to see them again.

This has happened to me when my depression has been bad. I thought friends were supposed to be there for you through both the good and bad times, but apparently not!

I was also bullied by boyfriends because of it.

And when I got my confirmation that I had AS, one person refused to be friends with me anymore.

I have had a lot of (temporary) friends who haven't kept in touch the next year, or I realized I no longer wanted to be friends with anymore . There also have been a lot of people who have tried to befriend me, but I was too quick to judge them and when I finally came out of my shell it was too late. I figure it is a good opportunity to start over :)

I know what you mean! When I was drinking, there were people that didn't give it a thought, but when I 'came out' that I was an alcoholic, they wanted nothing to do with me! (and no, they weren't my drinking buddies!)

Yes, sure have. People who just weren't compatible with me or found me boring. I rejected the majority of requests to be my friend at high school, because it was mostly mockery, most of the kids there were loudmouthed, ignorant, ret*d yobs with no sense of respect!

I recently 'fell out of contact' with a few people who had been my friends. They became shallow popularity-obsessed two-faced arrogant.. not very nice people. They decided they wanted nothing to do with me because I'm too boring and unpopular.

When I was little I had this "friend" and we went over eachothers houses for a week or two and one day we set up a time to come over my house.. and his dad drove him up to my front yard, he came up to my door and told me he didnt want to be my friend anymore and went back home.
Oh and when I went to Washington I actually made these friends just cause I was wearing a black metal band shirt lol, and I lost them soon after

Lots of times. I hate people who do that. The least they could have done is tell me what I've done wrong, rather than just shutting me out of their lives altogether.

Happened to me, I dropped out of high school because I was depressed and my friend blocked me on MSN.

So now I've learnt my lesson, there is no such thing as friendship only games of give and take :P

I thought I was the only one that had this problem. I found out that other people had this problem. My solution is to get over them. If anyone wants to, they can PM or eMail me. I would like to learn how to make friends.

Yup.

Due to their double-crossing, backstabbing motives, I thought f**k it, and blocked em out of my life.

Usually, now it's the other way due to the fact that I f**k up a friendship. :(
