Hey! It's been a while, I know. I just got back from ANOTHER hospital a week ago tomorrow, and things were much worse before that! But now I'm half-decent, and I'll tell you all the news I got a few days ago.
Welp, I was told that my IQ is around 145! Now, I don't know if that's higher or lower, but I feel like the smartest person ever I am NOT letting it get to my head, though. I don't want to be all stuck-up like the kids in my Gifted program at school.
I just asked my mom, actually, if I could join MENSA. Does everyone know what that is? Is there anyone out there that is a member? What's it like? And if there are no members out there, does anyone have a higher IQ that's comorbid with your autism? I would LOVE to know how everyone gets along with it! So far my Gifted program is nonexistent--they meet for 23 minutes 4 times a year--less than 2 hours a year of time together. It's really annoying--I wish there was something more like my middle school, where we met daily! Anyone else have problems with their gifted program?
A lot of questions, whew! I'm just happy to be getting back in the swing of things.
