I have suspicions that those on the autism spectrum may have a greater connection to this spiritual universe and may have a reduced connection to the physical universe. This might explain why there are some "low-functioning" autists who are very difficult to make contact with in the physical realm.
Now, obviously there are many here who reject the possible existence of anything other than physical reality. But, since you are already praying, you apparently have some awareness of the spiritual universe.
I'm not entirely sure of what you mean when you say that your "heart bleeds uncontrollably". In the literal interpretation I picture blood vessels in your heart rupturing. The other thing that comes to mind is the expression "bleeding heart liberal", which still is not the correct meaning I'm sure. Do you mean that you are feeling a great deal of heartache over the things you are praying about?
Your description would indicate that you are praying on a very high spiritual level, with a great deal of kavanah. (Kavanah is Hebrew and means "concentration", "intensity" or "intent".) Many people pray with no kavanah at all - they are just a physical body mouthing the words, with no spiritual connection. (As Rabbi Arama said "If you do not concentrate in your heart, how is your prayer any different than the mindless chirping of birds?") It would seem to me that you are approaching the opposite end of the spectrum where your spiritual connection is so high that you are beginning to forget about the physical connection.
So, my conclusion would be that you should not be concerned about these feelings. You are probably doing better at prayer than most everyone around you. Seek purity and simplicity in your life, pray within God's Will and you will find that your prayers are being answered.
