Any comments?

I'm scared of Hights. I can't go to the edge of a Balcony, without freaking out. I also can't go on many Amusement Park Rides, because most of them go up, high into the Air.

I disliked my trip to Disney World because some of the animatronics in Disney-MGM Studios freaked me out.

When I was little I was scared of plugholes, the vacuum cleaner and a spot on the window.

Your rat fear is pretty normal, don't worry :) You'd be surprised how many people hate rats - i'd probably do the same.

I am deathly afraid of needles to the point that getting my blood drawn causes me to pass out.

I also get very, very nervous around birds. This is probably from the crane with a yellow mohawk that BIT me one time at the National Zoo.

I'm not so sure that the fear of rats is all the wierd.

I'm afraid of wet stuff, things in or under water. It curbs my ability to have fun, so much is off limits, too scary/gross for me to dare. Mostly problem in being able to go swimming, which I love doing. Can only tolerate using inground pool, plenty of chlorine (know it's not clean, but "natural" places are too "dirty") and no gunk on the bottom. Dead things are "dirty" to me, (not my thinking, it's my feeling), don't want to be immersed in water w/them. Disguted by brown dead leaves underfoot on floor of river/pond, same w/mud. Terrified of dead trees or old mechanical things or dead bodies, of encountering those in the water.
Totally panicked one day (as a child) when swimming at beach & sensed boulders (w/algae on them) beneath me in the water. Can't explain, it's not rational, it's just very intense reaction I have. Also fear of being in (small) boat (canoe or rowboat) and scraping boat on boulder, as if then I'd get stuck w/my leg caught under rock & drown. Sounds strange, I know. Still suffer from these enormously strong phobias and meds. have been useless in this regard.

I am a wee bit.. but only with crows/ravens.

I had a nightmare about horrible looking ravens (way worse than what they really are, like with evil red eyes ect) trying to get in my window. Not fun.

 I am scared of heights, people inside my personal space, loud people, drunk people, unpredictable people, putting my head under water (can't swim), my own blood (pass out if I slit my finger with a knife the tiniest bit), the dark sometimes, thunder and lightning, doctors and dentists, and used to be terrified of butterflies (had a nightmare about them once) moths still scare me a little bit...

So don't feel that you're weird...

I dislike going in really deep sea water and being able to see (e.g. snorkelling). I dislike dogs for reasons I don’t know. As me I am afraid of dieing but not afraid of death (this seems strange but could be a problem I imagine).
