Normally I would be in my dorm room, studying, playing video games, or watching TV. Instead due to family drama involving my cousin and my fourteen year old autistic brother I had to come back to my mom's house for the THIRD time in a month. That means I had to email my professors about my situation (thus the leave of absence of my studies) and have to miss two-three weeks of classes. I've just moved into my dorm and most of my stuff are still in boxes and I had to leave on a Sunday before the first week of classes. Despite the fact that I have been up and down the MARC Penn Line twice (because of my cousin did not came back after the weekend), I had no choice, because if I for some reason refused to come, my mom would lose her job and her home.

And I did not want to, I just came to her house twice in August because of my cousin did not watched him, my presence made her do her job. My cousin did not care anyway and left the Friday before august 31. And I had ended up paying for that with two weeks of college classes. At least I have ten days to go in this farce, and will be paid (long story). I'm trying to keep my schedule normal as possible, continuing my studies with text book readings and my normal activities, while watching my autistic brother.

I just want to get this over with and as soon as September 16 or 17 comes and I return back on campus, I'm skipping the rest of the week to recover, get my stuff in my dorm straigtend out, and to forget about this farce.

All I can do is encourage you to keep on keeping on. I'm glad you got paid and I hope your professors understand.
