I'm getting desperate. I can't take much more from my parents. Too much jibba-jabba from my parents because I don't live up to their daily expectations. The stress is starting to affect my health. I need someone to talk to before all hell breaks loose.

Thanks...this really sucks. Especially given that the only freaking reason I'm still around is the kids.

Um, as for me.. I've been feeling depressed for a couple of days now. -6.

Bizarre thing here.. that this is also due to the total incompetent and behind the back going carebizz in this region. They're too stupid to understand HF PDDs at all and policy-wise stink sooo bad it's.. pathetic really.

Hope things get better soon for you - I also have plenty of those "Leave me alone" days - when any kind of socialisation gets so painfully difficult - and they just don't understand.

still -10...I won't even be able to post for the next week or so because I won't have internet access. I'm going to be on an island with very little technical ability, which I guess in some ways is good, and it's also good that I don't have to see my husband most of the time once I get there. I can go off on my own which should ease the stress some. But I'm still depressed

Last year the guy who was my best friend for four years sexually and physically abused me. It only just fully clicked recently, and I've just started CBT for it.

I have a good group of decent friends, but I've had my trust so thoroughly broken by this man that I'm afraid and suspicious of almost all of them. And yet my tendency to get oversensitive over others' feelings is through the roof. I'm off alcohol too, so there goes my main method of taking the edge off of it.

I'm just a real mess at the moment, and I'm so exhausted and unmotivated to do anything but sleep.
