nothing is up - i went for a run and a swim this morning, but this afternoon my head won't rest and just keeps reminding me of bad things.
it's so frustrating.

but it'll probably pass soon, i hope, before i do anything stupid anyway.

Not a whole lot's going on here. I just woke up. Still have to finish my history mid-term, and....wow. My life is really boring. That's literally all I've got going on today.
