How does one deal with it?

Maybe it would help, initially, to try to determine why you feel self-hatred? What is it about yourself that you dislike? Is there anything you can do to help you like yourself better?

That's quite a wide ranging question. Are you asking with regards to yourself?

Yes. It's many different things, really. I just do stupid things all the time.

spend as much time as possible around people who say self-esteem boosting things to you, and spend as little time as possible around people who put you down or say negative things about your character/personality. This worked best for me, although I still relapse.

I would think about what the benefits and cons of self hatred are and then decide if it's worth it. Self hatred manifests as dwelling on our faults or mistakes I guess, and negative self talk. May be better to approach your mistakes with a positive view to learning from them, rather than being a trigger for negativity.

I hated myself two years ago, today. I've gone back to being myself and started loving myself, again. I ditched the spiked hair, biker jacket and attitude.

The easiest way to stop hating yourself is to change the thing about yourself that you like the least.

I hope this helps. I'm sorry that you're going through a rough time.
