I almost feel guilty posting here, but probably +6.5. I'm tired and I have a cold that is taking a bit too long to go away, otherwise it would be higher. Also, I was just diagnosed with hypothyroidism - apparently that's good news because it's a justification for me to be fat, and I can stop being so fat once it's been treated, but on the other hand it means I have to alter my body with even more medication, so . . . ? But everything is fine now, school is almost done and it's fine, home life is calming down and it's fine, I'm still having some scattered thoughts of self-harm but I am safe and OK. Also, I read a bunch of interesting articles on eugenics and sperm banks (specifically the Repository for Germinal Choice, the Nobel laureates sperm bank) yesterday and I'm still kinda happy about that.

Why would you feel guilty, Arcendet?

+5, good day that will probably not last until tomorrow.

Kind of irritated, but fine otherwise. I finished a book and just started a new one, which I quite like.

I have finally checked back here and seen your reply. Sorry for not doing so earlier.

I feel guilty because I am supposed to be depressed, and because I do not know that I deserve to feel so much better than other people, because I am only one person.

Also, it seems like posting in this thread skews towards sadness, and I'm not sad, so it's like I shouldn't really be posting here, although I consciously know that's wrong.

You shouldn't feel guilty. Everyone deserves to feel good and it's really nice to come to this thread and see that someone is feeling good or at least better than the day before. I think it just shows that life is unpredictable and that feeling good is actually achievable and possible.
This is a support forum and this thread is in the Haven so it's only natural to see sad posts. That is why we need positive and happy people posting here as well to remind the rest of us that things can change.

Well I'm still -3 today. The lack of sleep and the full moon are not helping.

Absolutely, a lot of the time I always leave a message below my number saying that I hope things improve for those with the negative figures, and that is a genuine comment, I don't say it for the fun of it. And if you notice the thread title, it says "right now", so it isn't necessarily a long-term reflection.

In any case, +8, best day in a long time.

Things are going very well, yet it is always dragged down by me feeling totally alien to everyone, even anyone on this website and being lucky enough to be in the company of other people with AS more than twice a week. I've come to realise that people I've got on with well, even become "friends" with, haven't had as much a connection as I would have expected, at least on my end. And as for people in general who are of my age, well, I just felt very alien when I was earlier thinking for a good while about the inconsistencies of a restaurant using both a flat top 3 and a rounded top 3 for their table numbers rather than what other people my age think about, such as their social life or whatever other people my age like to think and talk about...
Am I not making any sense? Well, I tried.

Number Unknown.

Got back from my job training. I got payed for it, but it was stressful.

I also heard a song that made me think of my ex. It threw me off for roughly... 20 or 30 mins of the training.
