In the end of May I drove to the hospital with a severe shortness of breath issue. The hospital admitted me and after several tests I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. It's been a couple months now learning how to live with a chronic illness. I've been fairly healthy most of my life with no major complaints. Little things here and there but nothing I couldn't deal with, but this one almost has me on my knees.

I think tomorrow I'm going to GNC and buying some Soy Protein. Must rebuild heart tissue.

Positive thoughts are always welcome. :)
Send money too if you want... :D j/k.

I'm very sorry to hear that. I hope that you recover soon and you life a long and healthy life. People don't think that stuff like that will happen to them until they're a lot older, but it can happen at any time. I wish that I would have thought about that 4 years ago, instead of letting myself go. It might not even happen to me but I see this as a very good motivator to get in better shape than I am now.
