-6. I feel better than the lowest I've gone, but still pretty significantly depressed.

-5, I guess I am kind of feeling some mixed emotions about my parents getting divorced and all that crap as I've never really dealt with it. I try not to think about anymore. Uhh I don't want to think about this.

+1, the alcohol interrupted that extreme flow of mixed emotions, thoughts and feelings about unpleasant things from my past I was about to experiance, which for now I am glad about.

I feel sick to my stomach, but the day itself was pretty good.

-3. Um, erm, kinda scared. I unblocked Geoff before I went away and sent him a message, he replied saying he was hurt and confused about why I put him there. I sent him a long explanation back and he replied while I was away. I'm too scared to read it

-10, I have a headache from falling on the floor and hitting my head because I was trying to change the music on my last.fm last night when I was drinking and the chair I was sitting in and trying to reach the computer from fell over. I think this was the worst falling and hitting my head on the floor incidents I've had cause it feels worse than the other past times.
