-9 Have not talked to anyone in person for days. I stopped working, running out of food. I owe money to one friend who is mad at me, the other is mad because I wont fix his computer. I can hardly concentrate on anything. I have no access to any help. My health is failing, Im old, I don't have any hope that anything good will happen or that I am capable myself of moving in a direction for good. Not a single person gives a s**t.

Brain zaps are getting much less frequent and I'm sleeping a lot as I withdraw from my medication. After all this sleep I am feeling much more normal. I was rejected by a date but after a sleeping on it, I realise that I didn't do anything wrong and it's just one of those things. I messaged her saying I want to be friends, but really if she doesn't want to (we got on well) then that's not my fault.

I want to leave my house to meet up with the friends I've made online at a concert I wanted to go to but due to the lack or a car/driving skills and anyone to go with, I'm stuck here watching them post about how much fun they had or are having

About a 5, should be getting out of the psych ward soon that is where I have been the past 11 days.....I got a pass to come home for a bit today. But yeah trying to improve my mental health and its going to be a process for sure but hopefully things can improve a little. So yeah that is my update, probably wont be back on here till I get discharged. I got my meds switched up so hopefully that will help with the symptoms but I plan to stay in therapy and find some kind of group therapy as well.

I like this one better than the last one I went to, we actually get outside time the food is pretty good and its seemed to have helped some.
