Something around a -5 perhaps? I feel overwhelmed and lost, broken and irreparably flawed. I'm driving away the only meaningful friend I have left rather than drag her down with me. I don't want to go to bed tonight, because I know sleep won't come... Yet I fear remaining awake with my poisoned thoughts.

I've had some purely material success lately but it doesn't change the fact that I'm just no good. I'm a broken toy and I'll never be able to function properly. Sure I get lonely every now and then but loneliness beats the hell out of the despair and humiliation I feel after inevitable rejection.

Oh and the sleep problems are back. Four restless hours since 1pm yesterday. Yay.

-1 really bored....I spent the past few weeks napping more than usual because of medications making me drowsy, but I got used to it so I don't have that side effect. I think I need more things to do with my time.
