Your mother is allowing religion to dictate how she sees you. So right now, her brain is so clouded with fundy bull she can't perceive you as you truly are. In other words, she's lost her mind.

My father was the same way, although the issue was about me not being a Jehovah's Witness, not sexuality..and it didn't matter I was a kind person. The fact I wasn't a JW canceled out all the good I did. Don't expect your mother to accept you right now because you just cannot reason or use logic to get a person under the influence of religion to change their mind. Find that love and acceptance within you and from others who see you with clear eyes.

WTF kind of Christian values is she learning. Jesus loved everyone. I don't know if he'd care that you're gay or not. And I don't think that these supposed narrow minded bigoted hypocryte southern Jesus freaks are in a position to figure out what Jesus would think of you. So they should back the f*ck off with their perverted and twisted view of Christianity.

How the hell old are you anyway? You should get away from her if she's really that bad. People who believe in this sh*t are some scary-a$$ freaks. People get killed with that excocism sh*t - like Emily Rose. You don't want to end up like Emily Rose. Get some help from Catholic Charities and move the f*ck away from your mom before she kills you with this excorsist sh*t.

umm ... isn't Emily Rose was just a movie?!
The Exorcism of Emily Rose
anyway , Exorcism doesn't have anything to do with homosexuality

Your mother may try, but the priests will simply say, "She's not possessed by demons. She's just into chicks, fool." I can imagine how long she's been trying to do this. What an idiot.

Anyway, why get rid of lesbians? I like them; they look at my face and not my pants.

There's a member on here that is obsessed with exorcism... I told him that he was possessed with demons that masquerade around as good Christians and that if he didn't hold a cat pronto to drive away the demons there would be no way of saving him.

If you are old enough to leave, then I would but only if I had somewhere safe to go and that kind of thing, no good just leaving and hoping it will all work out.

I was 17 when I moved out. My mom was pretty messed up - never tried to perform an excorsism on me tho.

I can't say it was easy, but it was well worth it to move out. My mom and I actually have a better relationship now.

Funny thing, I used to know a guy. He was a scam artist, he made money off of telling people they had demons and needed an exorcism. Then he'd get out all sorts of crazy hocus pocus stuff and get his buddy who was an electrician mess around with the power while they were in the house.

I'm a christian, but I don't believe in exorcisms... I think its all "hocus pocus" (Hocus pocus, by focus is a good song). I also think that organized religion is a slight against God but thats another story. My dad has a lot of strange beliefs, it drove me away from him my entire life. Throught my entire childhood he believed that sleeping for more then six hours was a slight against God. Its funny the things parents to do that drive their children away from them.
