+3 today. First day I have woken up without tears streaming down my face since my dog and cat died over the past fortnight. My eyes don't hurt as much today. I can look at my cat's favourite places without breaking down again. I've cried so much perhaps there aren't any tears left. I'd be a much lower score but for the understanding from others, including some people on WP.

I dunno, like -2 and flat. Just kind of existing right now, not doing much living. I want stuff to change but change is scary too, I've worked on stuff but everything moves at such a ridiculous snail's pace for me. I've lived on my own for about almost 6 months now and I haven't accomplished anything, everything is like just a month or so away and it's been that way for months now. Here's to next month and 2015 I guess...

+5 Best day for six weeks, during which I had major surgery (October 3) which did not go very well, then heart problems which took me back to admission at hospital (Oct 26), then heartbreak due to the deaths of two dearly beloved animals 31 October and 8 November. Today I am picking up the pieces of "normal daily life" again and coping with things. It's progress.

I'm seriously considering quitting my job as a clerical assistant. I'm given too much work with very little pay, the commute is a f***ing nightmare, and my boss and co-workers treat me like dogsh*t; it's like they don't know I exist because they would walk by me without saying anything, yet they talk to other co-workers around me. I told my boss I wanted to quit, but she said, "No, why don't you wait and see if you still like this job or not". Of course not, you sadistic b****! I'm sick of waiting, I want to quit my job RIGHT F***ING NOW!

Not good enough. Never, ever, ever good enough.

What would be good enough??? That which is Not-Autism.

What is Not-Autism??? PERFECT. Every time. With a smile.

-8 Just as I thought things might be getting slightly better I get more s**t thrown at me. How much more??????? And I officially get no support but of course if I drank myself stupid or got off my face then I'd be entitled to help, yeah that's really fair.

He was lucky someone loved him so much. Also, it is better for the pets to die before the owner. I worry about my 3 cats if I were to die or be unable to take care of them.

Yes, I used to worry about that too. Today I am +4. Good sleep helps. Grief uses up a lot of physical energy as well as emotional distress.
