I received a package for my husband today. I thought our "Exploding Kittens" card game arrived a day early, so out of curiousity, I opened it; it turned out to be a DC adapter. Even though he forgave me, I still feel like I violated his trust by opening the package when I shouldn't have in the first place.

Wow this thread is still up? I'm feeling like a 0 at the moment. Need to stay away from FB and stay connected with my real friends. The social games and back stabbing is ridiculous.

My sister decided that she won't talk to me anymore. I feel completely alone right now.

-10 My dad still has cancer and I'm worried he won't survive the radiation treatment if not the cancer. Also found out my cat died yesterday. So much anxiety right now.

This is confusing, the op talks about it like it's a scale from 1-10 but the title says -10~10.
Well, with 0 being neutral I'm about a +1.
With it being 1-10 I'm about a 5-1/2.

-3. My sinuses ache and everything is too noisy.

almost feel like crying and hate my self for letting anxiety take over my thoughts and preventing me from possibly improving my situation a few days ago.
Sometimes I don't know why I bother living other times I feel really content and happy with how I am even though I want to desperately change.

Last night when I was trying to get to sleep I found my self wondering what it would be like to just kill my self even though I don't think I ever could.

I never felt so lonely.
