-8. just went off my meds a couple days ago and i'm feeling the effects now, everything feels like it's gray and horrible and i just want to die. and i have a constant dizziness that makes it seem like the world is spinning whenever i stand up. *and* i can't even sleep. hopefully this is over soon

-2. I feel a little better I suppose. Its just I get all these good ideas on how to approach him and see if he's interested, but when it comes to the crunch I can't do s**t as I'm too socially anxious and incompetent.

I am -6, very depressed, was a -10 last night, lots of emotions and crying. I feel I am truly heartbroken for reasons I have posted the crap out of but I'll sum up by saying social probs.
