Hello, my doctors and parents
Keep asking me to talk about my problems but I can't.
Every time i try to talk about it my brain tells me that I should not bother other people with my problems.

There is something stopping me from talking about it even when it feels like a ton of iron
dragging me down.

I guess i'm asking if anyone has went through something similar

Your main problem is that you forgot the other "e" in Toffee LOL

Seriously. I can relate. I have trouble verbalizing my problems, too.

I don't like burdening people with my problems.

Sorry to bother you sir.
But judging for your profile picture i assume that you have a bit more life experience,
I was wondering if you have any advice on how to carry on with daily stress and life in general,

I hope that these questions are not too much of a bother but iv'e seen you around the forum and you
seem like a really helpful person,
and i guess life is just throwing everything it has against me at the moment,
but hopefully that means that the rest of the way is going to be a bit smoother

You live in a beautiful land. There's lots of natural beauty in Finland. I wish the winters weren't so severe, though. But now it's summer, and you can enjoy the scent of the pine trees.

I would make use of the Natural World more, versus relying on the People World so much.

Where do you live in Finland?

I know that. But its not always that i dont want to bother someone. Like a psychologist for example, he gets paid to listen to all of my BS. And if i want to talk to him about blue gummy bears he better be listening! Yes, im overstating it a bit but it explains how i think about it. If its a physical or materialistic problem i have no problem saying "my CPU died", "my spark plugs are misfiring" or "my leg is broken". But i just cannot describe my personal problems. its like when i really try i can bring out some isolated aspects of my problem, but i am unable to describe them as a whole. And then in a private context theres often the thing of me not wanting to bother anyone. I can describe them in written form though it needs time. I sometimes need over an hour to formulate a single posting about it but at least thats working...

Peace
TK

There are people who won't see your problems as a burden. When I can actually help someone, I feel really good about it. Of course, when it's a big problem, I often can't help much at all, but it's often worth taking that risk anyway, especially for a friend.

I guess because you've been around the scenery all your life.

Would you prefer to go to Helsinki, and see the city sites?
