I truly am on the wrong planet. When I was a kid, I was taught to be kind and gentle. I wish I could go back in time and beat myself up, then explain to myself just how cruel the world really is. It would have helped me so much. No one cares about anything other than themselves, and it's only getting worse. I think we're nearing the end of civilization as we know it. But who cares?

It would have helped me a lot if somebody would have told me people only care about themselves these days. I wasn't prepared for the real world. I thought it would be easier.

The world is cruel, and it is good.

I’ve experienced both. I choose to concentrate on the good, while not denying the bad.

I always believe in respectful interactions, acknowledging differences in how people view the world.

I try not to get angry at persons with a different life experience to me.

It is very complicated to care about yourself even when you adult. For example, if you have troubles with your studies, it's simpler to ask for help someone or the service, you can without problems.
