Enough to have suicidal ideation? Even though i've felt worse

Got diagnosed with ASD recently.

I hate a lot of things.
How anxious i get, where I can't be present, I get too suck to something and can't perform. I say something stupid, etc, it's disabling. I hate communicating, phone calls, even sending an email is often hard. Maybe I don't trust myself after having sent some stupid emails, or said stupid things when under pressure. Ghosting people, with career consequences. Everything is such a pain, I'd rather hole myself up.
Not always standing up for my values, or for myself. Not being able to make a good argument. Although I hate how much of it is emotion, presentation and energy rather than logic.
I seem to get really attached to the negatives of everything
human nature, stupidity, greed, the same old arguments and beliefs, we can't agree on anything. cognitive distortions, old injustices
the tech industry, cargo cult patterns and practices
