3.

My body feels inflamed and achey. Amazing what stress can do!

Exercise and relaxation techniques don't really help. :|

We'll see...

Bad bad bad days.

Lost my job, lost my health care, had to stop therapy.

-5 I think an important person to me may be outgrowing our time together. I'm gonna be so sad but not surprised when it goes down.

-2, +3. A stark reminder of the lonely loser I am, yet I feel kinda good regardless?

-7 My post-surgery (excision always biopsy on one side, port put into the other) shoulders are finally starting to feel better (I don’t think I’ve even taken any pain medicine at all today :o ), but I’m downright terrified of starting chemo on Thursday. Different people’s reactions even to the same chemical cocktail administered on the same dosing schedule are so different, I have absolutely no idea what to expect, and I keep fearing the worst :( What I’m afraid of is not dying, but what I’ll have to endure to keep living.

I'm honestly not sure anymore - I feel numb and unimportant and like every goal I've set recently just becomes unmanageable and whatever I try just doesn't work out.
And it feels like I've forgotten how to get my brain to switch off/slow down so can't figure out where to start with anything or what my next step should be.

If i had to guess a number id say 3

Still not known.

All I do know is tension and relief at the same time.
