5. Ok but not great. Feel a fog of anxiety and stress and fear. People say I have no reason to feel it but it's not something I can control. It sucks when I feel this way. Had it happen when sleeping over at a cousins, laid awake for hours unable to move because of it and had an accident that a few people had to know about. I was so scared. Today I just am not in a mood to shower or do much. I know I have to but it's almost like I can't.
