Is there a cartoon character you can identify with? Funny enough, I think of Spongebob SquarePants ..I also miss the old Bugs Bunny shows, feeling a bit nostalgic......

The Brain, from Pinky and the Brain.

Pinky: "Gee, Brain, what do you want to do tonight, Brain?"

Brain: "Tonight, we are going to take over the world!"

Except sometimes I feel like Pinky, too.

Brain: "Are you pondering what I'm pondering?"

Pinky: "I think so, Brain, but where are we going to find a duck and a hose at this hour?"

Ah, Pinky and The Brain!:) The Animaniacs were so quirky, loved that show..I liked the one where they go into the Dollar Store and keep pestering the clerk how much everything costs.."that's a dollar, that's a dollar", until the clerk screams,"everything in the store is a dollar"!.So they pile EVERYTHING into a cart and only hand the clerk a ..dollar..! Too funny.:)

I loved the Animaniacs, too! It is too bad that you can't find any of the shows on DVD. All I have are old VHS copies that are so bad they don't even play sometimes. (So I watched them a lot, okay?) :D For some reason, I am not as fond of the cartoons on television these days as I was of the those two shows.

the nibblonians from futurama - oldest and wisest race around, yet even when they're revealing the origins of the universe or saving existence itself, the only reaction they can get is "Aaaaaawwww, how cuuuute!! !"

If we count anime too then for me it would HAVE to be one of the following:

Lain from Serial Experiments: Lain
Ruri from Nadesico

Sometimes I am disturbed that the chars I seem to identify with most are female, and I'm male. Or maybe it's just because these types of characters in anime tend to be female. Ugh.

Funny you should say this as I cant stand Scooby Doo as both he and Shaggy are the most cowardly characters in cartoons. Although I dont look like her I think if I were a cartoon character I would be Daria of Daria. Thats what my whole family reckons anyway as I can be as blunt as she is, sometimes a bit cynical and slightly lacking in the social skills department. People actually find this humourous about me, so I guess I can live with it.

Hey, I get that, too! I love Daria. Have you read any of her "books?" They're a hoot! And I kind of look like her, except I changed my glasses and cut my hair, so anyone who would see me now would hardly understand why that was one of my nicknames in high school.

I have two charaters that I can relate to. The first is Raven from Teen Titians and Ulrich from Code Lyoko.

I have been described as a combination of the following anime characters-
Shinji Ikari of Neon Genesis Evangelion.
Irresponsible Captain Tylor of the same.
Keiichi Morisato of Ah! My Goddess.

I have had no reason to refute this and find it disturbingly accurate.
