I am not sure as each time I see myself in mirror, I mostly see someone who is not thin, but I thought maybe an objective point of view as my mother said I am getting drawn in the face and need to put some weight back on. I hope these images don't offend, there is nothing on show lol.

You look pretty thin to me, but as long as you're not obsessed with thinking you're too fat I guess you're OK. If you don't feel comfortable with trying to gain weight, I wouldn't worry about it, but you definitely shouldn't be trying to loose any.

You are VERY thin. If you feel healthy, that's fine. But don't think that you need to LOSE any weight. If you are dieting, loosen up on it. Don't just eat anything, but allow yourself a few more calories.

I have my eating disordered issues returning lately. It is odd as I have lost weight in spite of the fact I was doing over 2 hours of exercise a day and havent done any in 2 weeks now. I eat, just a lot of a few things and only one main meal a day. But I do have a problem as I see fat a lot of the time. I dont like anything sticking out at the back. I am disappointed that I have slipped back into these problems. I guess maybe my sight is distorted or something.

you are thin and beautiful...as calandale said, I guess it's fine as long as you feel healthy...and...you know you don't have to be thin to be beautiful...you can gain more weight and still be beautiful...

I tried dieting a few times, but now I don't really care about my weight...I guess I'm OK the way I am...

Yeah, it's so damned easy to see some small amount of fat on the body, and think that it is too much. A little bit is necessary though. If a body has none, you're running real risks. Still, I'd trust your body and not your eyes here. If you feel healthy, it seems fine.

It's the mirror/diet company conspiracy.

I think you're very thin. You look fine.

Thanks guys. It is sometimes good to get another perspective as I think due to my previously being emaciated I have come to never see anything other than that as looking good...hmm, that sounds all wrong.

I wanted to add that you have a great curvature in your lower back... It looks like you have a beautiful body... :)

Thanks...yeah it does curve doesn't it. My ex always had a thing for the back. I believe a photographer called ManRay did some interesting shots of female backs where they appeared as a violin shape.

I think you look wonderful, Graelwyn. I had the same kind of body issues as a teenager, almost anorexic. It was because I hated myself, didn't see anything but the negative aspects of myself. I'm still fairly thin and often want to be thinner. The psychologists believe it to be an issue of control. I don't know.

I didn't care for a time. I managed to be so content in my life that this didn't emerge. I do believe it might well be a control issue as this has come back with all my landlord issues, having housemates banging doors loudly constantly(In spite of 2 requests for them to stop) and unrequited love. But also, it is tied in with childhood stuff. I was plump as a young kid...I matured early..and was abused sexually...you might get an idea from that. An added complication is that because I guess I felt unprotected as a child, I tend to view it likely people are more likely to be protective of a 5'10 delicate female than a 5'10 hefty female. IT is an embarrassingly weird and illogical psychology, but it seems to be a mindset. Thus, right now, I spend a long time staring in the mirror and am not happy until I see a thin person reflected back. :?
