This is good advice. However, I sometimes find that if I am hyper in the middle of the night I can't lie still. Sometimes, I find it best to just jump around on my bed untill I feel tired. I don't know if this will work, but maybe if you try not to think about the fact that you cannot sleep and not think about how you will feel when you wake up, you will be able to feel more relaxed and will eventually just feel tired enough to go to sleep. I sometimes find that if I stop trying to force myself to sleep and just do whatever I want in the middle of the night, I can get to sleep much sooner because I am more relaxed.

You should probably just try not to think about it and just stay awake untill you eventually become tired. You body will give in eventually!

Could you be more specific? Do you mean that you are hearing things such as buzzing and that you're seeing darkness when it's really light in the room?

Just try to be more specific and we'll try to help you. What does "s**t" mean in your case?

I'm sorry, but I honestly don't know what you mean. I know you're not taking the piss, but I just don't understand.
