f**k all of you people who come here complaining about books and loneliness. I just found out I have skin cancer. It's a weaker strain so there's a decent possibility they can isolate the affected area and remove the cancerous cells, but nothing's really for certain at this point.

Yikes, that's bad news, Todd.

I hope you'll be okay.

I'm glad they can isolate that. Skin cancer is a really sh***y way to die. And lots of Australians die from it.

It's lucky it's skin cancer though, and not lieukemia or something... at least they can probably cut it all out! :D I'll be thinking of you, Todd!

You will be ok, they caught it. But don't down play others hurts, we all still need each other. And no I don't downplay your skin cancer. A friend of mine had malanoma complicated by the aides virus. It took his life, but like you said, you have a weeker strain so you'll be ok I'm sure. My former boss had malanoma, and she's been cancer free for several years. You keep us posted though.PLEASE KEEP US POSTED. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Hey,
sorry you got skin cancer, dude. I truly hope it responds to good treatment and that good treatment won't cost you an arm and a leg.

Sorry to hear of this... I hope it turns out to be fully removable and treatable and that you wont find the treatment too difficult. However... don't blame others here for seeing what might now seem minor issues to you, as big issues... I suppose unless you have had something as serious as cancer, it can be hard to realise your own issues might not be so great.
Anyways, all the best.

Sorry to hear that.
My neighbour had skin cancer and the problem was easily solved. They removed the part of the skin which had cancer and then did a skin graph.

I hope the doctors will remove this cancer and make it never come back to you.

Sorry to hear the news.

I do hope they take it all away.

I suppose they've checked you all over? Weird moles that change shape and stuff like that?

Let us know how it goes if you don't mind.
