2-3 Got turned down on IM'ing with a girl I like >_< either she just doesn't like me or is more clueless than I am sometimes but next time I see her I'm gonna be less friendly, I know I shouldn't and she hasn't done anything wrong but I don't like being turned down and if I'm nice I'll only end up trying to get her to hang out some more until she just gets mad at me....

If you're looking to change, a book that might help you regain your self-esteem is Self Matters by Dr. Phil McGraw. It really helped me find some of my self-esteem back.

I'm trying to get into therapy at the moment, i dont want to feel like this but i know i cant do anything about it on my own, tried for the last 20 years, appear to have failed quite impressively.

Believe me, I tried the same thing, and it doesn't work without somebody else's help (and you have to find the right person)

My self-esteem has taken a nose dive and I feel really ugly for some reason.

You're quite attractive and certainly very far from ugly.

Thank you, that made my self-esteem rise :)

Thank you though. I just didn't believe anybody would care.

I wish I could f*** the past...it's really hard to though.

NOW I'm sleeping, it's an hour past my bedtime already!

eBec, I'll have a proper read through your thead when i get back from work, (running a bit late at the moment), but i honestly do know how it feels to be betrayed by your father, i havent dealt with it in the healthies way posible but if you need someone to talk to about any of this or just to listen let me know.

You do deserve to live and I'll give you a simple reason why, in spite of what happened to you, you still help others, same reason i dont think i dont deserve to live, i know im better than my father, you know you're better than yours.

2 Shouldn't have argued with someone who's obviously narrow minded. Don't know how to deal with personal attacks except attack back.

0 It'll probably go back up. I'm probably in a mood b/c I forgot to take my freakn' antideppresants. I shouldn't skip them like that, they really do have an effect on me.

It's a beautiful day and I feel really calm. I would be a 10 except I feel like a machine loaded with pills.
