1171: find a nice, relaxing spot, away from anything that says "city" (not meant liturally =P), favorably somewhere where theres something like a tree to lean to or something, and you can hear some natural sounds such as singing birds. then, take a few slow deep breaths, do not focus on any specific details unless you see some kind of animal or something you dont see often thats both nicelooking and amusing, but other then that just chill out on the atmosphere, try to hear not the usual things youd hear, but try to hear whatever seems pleasent to listen to, and void your mind of any thought related to your life and everything, nor anything related to anything you often think about, but instead try to think as little as possible at all, and only picture things that are calming, such as the soft wind in your hair if there is any and if thats calming your mind. so basically detach yourself from any routine thinking.hopefully you may at some point start to notice things in a different light, both external and internal things.
