Fluctuating between a -3 and a 3. Work is not going well. I stood up for myself regarding labor issues and I think there is a chance due to some recent behavior that they may try to fire me over it. They have with other people. But I don't want to work there (high anxiety) so it would be a good thing.

I think I will try and go lay down again and hopefully relax to sleep.

There has been enough corruption there that I feel warrants talking to various enforcement agencies -but once I leave. Some of the "people" there have the attitude, "I do as I please and I answer to no one."

I have a plan - but it is emotionally draining... but it is working.
