Had a beer with dinner. Rare treat for me. I seem to be handling it ok.

Glad it is Friday. Haven't slept good for the last two days. Tired. I can sleep as much as I like for the next two days so this is good.

What I would do for a massage right now.

I never went to sleep at all last night. I've been up for 25 hours. I'm tired but not really sleepy. I think I can use this to change my sleeping habits.

Actually, as soon as I typed that I got sleepy, and I got sleepy hard too. :tired:

I'd be a 4 or 5 if not for all that.

9 - i feel great, happy great. i am posting like a madwoman today :twisted: because i don't know how long my high will last. also happy because rachel called today, said she was working on a job transfer, and might be able to move out here as soon as september. would be 10 but am having a hard time keeping all my happy in --- it hurts.
