Told a little lie to get out of doing something that would embarrass myself. Now I'm a "betrayer" and the person I've lied to is going through all hell emotionally because of some past issues that I've brought up, abandonment and stuff. They are not my issues, but I feel like dirt cos I really don't know what to do right now. One simple little action, and it's causing so much crap...

What the hell do I do?

A little bit more informed.

same number as last time... I got accepted into another tough show! This one involves pets, mainly dogs and cats. I don't know how many people enter this one but it is also in the thousands because it isn't just a local show this time but people from around the world enter this thing. What happens is when a picture is selected and sells, some of the profit goes to animal shelters. Here's where the problem is though. I entered 3 drawings, one was accepted. (they usually only choose one because they want to give more artists a chance to get in) but the one that got accepted sold already from the gallery that I am in. We sent the CD with the three drawings on it the day before the Pomeranian dog drawing sold. It wasn't even officially in the gallery but we have a book with all my art in it and this person saw the Pomeranian and loved it. We never thought that one was going to sell so we are going to tell them we can't do the show which is sad but if they would accept another Pomeranian I could do the same exact one that was on the CD. Then we could sell that one in the show if they want it so much. I am willing to do the same picture again. This show is so big that it is in New York and I am in Washington state. Like I said before, people from around the world enter!! ! And one of my pictures got accepted! And it was just a colored pencil drawing, not a painting like the majority of the artists entering are going to be. Usually people don't think colored pencils are worth anything. But a few days ago I sold 2 original pictures and the same person might buy a third. I have an official collector of my art and it seems that I am getting more famous by the day. But I have one big worry. The good luck that has been happening for the last month can't go on forever. I have been having nothing but good luck with my art in the last month or so.

Kinda empty.........

I don't know why. I should be happier, I'm about to get a couple of the things I've been longing for this summer.
