Don't really know, but maybe a 4. Kinda depressed, kinda not. Thinking about old friends, the lack of new ones, finances, jobs, school, seeing a doctor, past visits to new york, toronto, seattle, san francisco... kind of a weird jumble that hasn't really settled in my head yet.

-5 Just feeling kind of miserable and lonely right now. My great aunt is in the hospital, in a coma from a massive stroke, and she was really the only other extended family member I could relate to. I feel like none of my so-called "friends" want to talk to me, anyways, im going back to bed.

Alright, better than I was about 1:00 am last night. I had gotten really depressed, so much so that something inside me snapped. I entered some kind of mania, I had huge bursts of energy and I kept laughing. This happens sometimes when I'm depressed enough. I think I may be mentally unstable or maybe it was just my mind's way have relieving stress. It doesn't happen often. :?
